Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days depending on location.
Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
Standard shipping charge: ₹49–₹79, depending on your location.
COD charges may apply (₹30–₹50).

🔄 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.
You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page or the courier partner’s website.

❗ Address Errors

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

📭 Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to:

Wrong address
Customer unavailable
Not accepting the parcel

We will reship it once after re-confirmation. Extra shipping charges may apply.
