Each order is carefully packed and processed within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 will have a small delivery fee displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) not available right now but we are working on it

3. Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your Prakriti Creation pieces as quickly as possible:
Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Other Locations: 5–8 working days
(Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.)

Once your parcel leaves our studio, you’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS.

We work with trusted courier partners, but sometimes delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or courier network issues.

In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
